    Mr. Clear is obviously very well studied in this area of expertise and has some very well broken down formation plans to build better habits. It is written out to be a very interpretive and workable format. Every chapter starts with a story to illustrate a principle, which makes it a very easy read.

    Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking to form better habits in their life. Even if you only grasp a couple of these principles it will pay off in the long run.

    It’s not hard to see why this book was on the best seller list for so long. It’s not difficult to read and is interesting. The authors personal story is compelling. I read about a third of the book the middle of 2023. I began applying some of what I learned and easily developed several new and important new health habits. I didn’t finish it because I was busy with other things and because what I had learned was working so well. The new habits have really stuck.

    I started rereading it a few days ago and am off to a great start with another great habit. This time I’m developing cleaning habits and can’t quite believe that my refrigerator is now clean.

    If you want to build new habits or change bad ones, I recommend this book. It’s a great way to start off the new year.
