    This book is showing me that things I thought were just *me* are actually results of my childhood.

    This work book should be used along side working with a licensed trauma therapist. Be prepared for questions that will get down to the root causes of trauma symptoms. If you are ready to put in the work and you have a therapist that is working with you, then I would recommend this book.

    I used this as an at home companion along with therapy . This is an ongoing process and I have really appreciated this book! I do it at my pace. If I set it down for two weeks no problem picking up where I left off . My eyes are open. I look forward to practicing more healthy ways of living .

    I was having symptoms of c-ptsd and didn’t even know it! I kept thinking I was having panic attacks but thanks to my therapist who gave me homework. She told me to order this book and work through each chapter together. First of all chapter 1 will gather you in a good way. It’s going to be an eye opener for sure! BUT YOU MUST BE READY TO HEAL IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK!

    Whether it is you or someone close to you that has PTSD this book will help you in so many ways! For those that have it it helps you through the various cycles of nightmares, triggers, hypertension, etc. For those that have someone you know or love with PTSD it helps you better understand what they’re dealing with and going through on a daily basis. Whether you choose to go through this by yourself has one with PTSD or to go through with a loved one with you this book is extremely helpful and going through the process of PTSD
